Each Armored cable contains high strength, good bending performance, no gel, easy to be connected and operated on with buffer design, independent strength member and sheath to prevent damage from environmental and mechanical stress. Outer jacket’s colors varies according to the types of optical fibers (indoor use), black color is recommended for outdoor use, options for other colors available upon request.
50mm x 4Core Armoured Cable (Nigerchin Wire and Cable)
50mm 4 Core Armoured Cable is a large and specific size of Armoured Cable, primarily found within large powered networks whilst also carrying power to a range of different powered devices. Although this cable can be used for domestic uses such as powering outdoor sheds and greenhouses as well as water features and outdoor lights, due to its size, it is commonly found within more industrial installations such as power stations and large construction sites.
The cable is constructed itself from the following; Plain Annealed Stranded Copper for the cores/conductors, XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) for the insulation, PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) for the bedding and sheathing & steel wire for the armour protecting the layers beneath.
The steel wire armour within the cable also provides a mechanical protection, therefore it enables the cable higher pulling loads, which is useful for when the cable is being dispensed from a large drum.

CIRCUIT BREAKERS
TeSys Schneider Electric Overload Relays 4-6amps
3-pole relays with screw clamp terminals
These overload relays are designed for the protection of motors. They are
compensated and phase failure sensitive. Resetting can either be manual or
automatic.
Direct mounting: under the contactor for versions with screw clamp terminals only;
pre-wired terminals, see pages B11/28 and B11/30.
Separate mounting: using terminal block LA7 K0064 (see below).
On the front face of the overload relay:
b selection of reset mode: Manual (marked H) or Automatic (marked A),
b red pushbutton: Trip Test function,
b blue pushbutton: Stop and manual Reset,
b yellow trip flag indicator: overload relay tripped.
Protection by magnetic circuit breaker GV2 LE, see pages A6/11 and A6/20.SKU: Overload1 -
ARMOURED CABLE, ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIAL
70mm x 4Core Amroured Cable (Nigerchin Cable and Wire)
70mm 4 Core Armoured Cable is a size and type of steel wire armoured cable. Primarily found in large powered networks and underneath roadways supplying mains electricity to large buildings. It can also be found within the transport industry, specifically railways powering the trains and buildings located beside the tracks. Due to the size of this cable, it is perfectly suitable for large amounts of power running through it on a daily basis, 24 hours a day.
The best solution to this issue would be to buy a length of earth cable that matches the length of the Armoured Cable. This would negate the steel wire from being used as an earth, meaning it is a safer alternative.
70mm 4 Core Armoured Cable is constructed from the following materials;
– Plain Annealed Stranded Copper for the cores
– Cross-Linked Polyethylene for the Insulation
– PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) for the bedding and sheathing
– Steel Wire for the armour protecting the insulating layers beneath.
No. of cores / size of cable – 4
Approx overall diameter – 36.8mm
Approx weight (m) – 4.23Kg
Conductors – Plain Annealed Stranded Copper
Insulation – Cross-Linked Polyethylene
Bedding – Polyvinyl Chloride
Armour / Protection – Steel Wire
Sheath / Jacket – Polyvinyl Chloride
Colour – Black
Application – Primarily found in large powered networks as well as buried underneath roads supplying mains electricity to large buildings etc.
