MEM – Eaton 200A TPN Gear Switch

In 1927, MEM embarked on a new field of manufacture – motor control gear, to meet the increasing use of electric motors in industry, and in 1965 announced its first miniature circuit breaker range. Delta Metal acquires MEM in 1971 to enter the electrical sector and Delta’s Electrical Division then consolidates several divisions of MEM (250V, 500V), as well as Bill Switchgear, under the “MEM” brand in 1998 The Electrical Division of Delta was acquired by Eaton Corporation in 2003, including the MEM, Bill and Holec brands, to spearhead the drive into global markets with products designed to meet international standards
